Happy Birthday To Me!
My birthday was on the 17th and I had quite a bit of fun. Nothing large was planned or anything, just a quiet birthday with my family 
Managed to score some pretty cool gifts as well.
Including:
- Widescreen Hi-def Computer Monitor
- Guitar Hero II
- Tony Hawk Project 8
- New computer speakers with a bigass sub woofer
- and some very thoughtful cards
All in all, a pretty good birthday! (gift wise)
But my birthday marked the end of my summer vacation, I will be heading back to school in two days, and I’m dreading it. I really hope I can do better socially than I did at the end of last year. Last year was just so awkward, having moved there at the last quarter of the school year, everyone already had made their friends, and I didn’t get the opportunity to really get to know anyone. It also didn’t help that a vast majority of the school population was completely unwelcoming. My life/social life in Kentucky was doing so well, even on the verge of getting into my first real relationship, and it all went down the drain. gah.. :’(
This year is going to be different though, I’m determined to make friends at that godforsaken school. But it doesn’t help that we might be moving again soon. I really hope not, even though this isn’t my favorite house to live in, I really hate moving, and the fact that we’re uncertain about it is worse. I would hate to make a load of friends at this school, and move AGAIN in a few months and lose them all, I’m sick of that crap. Its already happened twice.
Thats life I suppose.
